    Fungi are organisms that are neither plants nor animals, therefore they have an interesting composition. They contain a lot of water, like plants, but their dry matter is largely protein, like in animals. They contain linolenic acid found mainly in animal products, but also fiber. Mushrooms contain many valuable micronutrients, so it is worth reaching for them.

    Mushrooms contain from 1.5 to 3.6 g per 100 g of protein, including almost all the necessary exogenous amino acids (i.e. those that must be supplied with food because our body is unable to produce them). Due to the richness of biologically active ingredients, mushrooms can be classified as functional food, i.e. having health-promoting properties.

    Boletus, which you can find in our jars, come only from Polish forests, mainly from the nearby Kozienice Forest. We clean and watch each piece by hand so that only the best mushrooms come to you. The pickle is delicate, tasty, the mushrooms are firm.
