    Ingredients: pitted sour cherries (50%), sugar, lemon juice – acidity regulator, pectin – gelatinizing agent, cardamom (0,3%).

    We make cherry jam with cardamom from the old Łutówka variety. The natural sour taste of cherries with sugar and cardamom gives an exceptionally tasty jam.

    As cherry preserves retain the health properties of fresh fruit, cherry jam with cardamom can be a sweet remedy for joint and muscle pains, it will accelerate regeneration after exercise. Due to the fact that it increases the level of melatonin in the blood, it is helpful in regulating sleep phases and fighting jetlag.

    Cardamom helps us fight colds thanks to its antiviral, antibacterial and warming properties. What’s more, it helps to deal with digestive ailments. It destroys the H. pylori bacterium that causes stomach ulcers, and the essential oils contained in it stimulate the secretion of juices digestive tract and relax the stomach.

    We make cherry jam with cardamom from the old Łutówka variety. It has an intense, nice color, which proves that a large part of the health-promoting properties of fresh cherries are preserved. Instead of citric acid, commonly used in jams, we added lemon juice.

    Cherry jam with cardamom is an inseparable element of sandwiches, toasts, ice cream or chocolate pudding. We can serve it as an addition to cottage cheese, yoghurts, groats, pancakes, pancakes, pancakes, and omelettes.
