    It is worth reaching for fresh pears and their products, because they contain a lot of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Ripe pears improve digestion and improve intestinal motility. Pears are easy to digest and do not cause allergies. They are therefore a valuable component of the diet for people prone to allergies.

    Pears contain many organic compounds with valuable and better-known properties. These are compounds from the group of flavonoids. It seems that the cinnamic acids found in pears (coumaric, ferulic) reduce the risk of stomach and esophageal cancer, and fiber, as a substance that cleans the intestine of deposits, is also helpful in preventing colon cancer.

    We produce our pears in syrup from the old Conference variety. The jar contains hand-peeled pear halves in an essential pickle. The fruits are firm, bright and sweet. They are a typical dessert preparation and as a dessert they were on the presidential table and during the harvest festival in Spała in 2012. Our pears in syrup have been awarded the Quality Tradition mark, awarded to traditional products of the highest quality.
