    It is worth reaching for tomato preserves, because the valuable lycopene, which protects the heart, is more easily absorbed from heat-treated and concentrated tomatoes – just like puree. Lycopene helps to deal with free radicals and the oxidative stress they cause.

    Tomatoes have a lot of potassium to regulate your heart and blood pressure. Thanks to the large amount of various antioxidants (vitamins C and E, flavones, carotenoids, especially lycopene), they help to deal with free radicals and the oxidative stress they cause. The vivid color of our puree shows that most probably many of these valuable ingredients have been preserved.

    We prepare our puree from well-ripe ground tomatoes. Fresh fruit is rubbed through sieves as at home. As a result, the puree has a more natural consistency compared to highly industrial products. Tomatoes prepared in this way are thickened, poured into jars and pasteurized. Thanks to this, we manage to preserve the taste of summer tomatoes ripe in the sun.
